Awash in information = A surfeit of attention
It’s been an interesting and inspiring week as I look through the piles of articles, white papers, and guides. As much as I’d like to say I’ve perused all of it and can wax lyrical, articulate and erudite on all of it, well, that would be a dirty lie.
Having said that, here are some of the things that are inspring and intriguing me this week. If you’ve had the opportunity to delve into these resources and have some thoughts, I’d love to hear them.
- Continuing my exploration of Innovation concepts, a very detailed e-book on the concepts behind Open Innovation frameworks. It’s giving me lots of ideas on what I can do here at the school to promote more innovation (although at this stage I have more questions than answers)
- Courtesy of the lovely & talented @CammyBean and the team at Kineo, I am reading a white paper on Blueprints for eLearning designers.
- Will Thalheimer is always a source of good stuff, and I’ve been digging into some goodies like the Five Failures of Learning Professionals, his Course Review Template, and resources about Spaced Learning Events.
I know my friend Dave Kelly over at Misadventures in Learning has also published a new post, but I haven’t seen it yet. Knowing Dave, it will be worth the visit. 😉
Happy December 1st, everyone!
